About the Facilitators
Dash Shanmugam is an HR professional specialising in Talent and Leadership Development with experience spanning recruitment and organisational development. Beyond work, she chairs the SINDA Youth Club, where she designs programmes to empower young leaders. Her lived experiences with discrimination fuel her passion for equity and inclusion.
Nurdiyanah Yahya is a social service professional, a co-founder of a ground up initiative and a humanitarian worker. Drawing from her own lived experiences with bullying in school, she will share how confidence building and focusing on self-growth can help navigate discrimination and foster resilience.
Valerie Ng is an HR professional and social impact advocate with extensive experience in inclusive hiring, event planning, and community service projects across Asia. Born premature and having overcome early health challenges, she brings a unique perspective to her work in youth programmes, disability sports, and organising service-learning trips and cultural exchanges. Valerie is passionate about building meaningful connections, promoting empathy, and creating positive change within communities.
